- Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and professional PGA Assistant Professional to join our team. This position is teaching-only, with no shop or office time required. The successful candidate will support, assist in building and deliver our growing Academy programs and contribute to maintaining the high-level experience that golfers expect at Two Eagles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about golf instruction and eager to contribute to the instructional side of a busy public golf course. The employment term will coincide with the golf season, but has the potential to expand beyond that with access to the indoor heated bays.
- Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with monthly adult & junior academy programs and individual lessons:
- Represent Two Eagles professionally and maintain a high standard of guest service
- Assist in planning and delivering Academy programs, including:
- Group clinics (Weekly Adult Mixed and Ladies Night Clinics/ Monthly Men’s Masters, Ladies Golf 101, Queen of the Green, Girls Night Out Clinics).
- Junior programs (e.g., Spring Break Camp, Summer Camp, Par Club, Birdie Club)
- Qualifications

- Member in good standing with the PGA of Canada
- 5 plus years of golf instruction experience. Class A preferred but not required
- Experience teaching various skill levels
- Confident speaking and hosting several academy programs
- Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills
- Motivated to improve their teaching knowledge continually
- Enthusiasm for teaching, coaching, and helping golfers improve
- Compensation
- Potential to earn up to 70K+ in lesson revenue. The ceiling is defined by how much the individual wants to teach
