Assistant Professional - The Hermitage Club

The Hermitage Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional or a candidate to support our Head Golf Professional and to provide exceptional member services. The Hermitage Club was founded in 1912 and is located on the shores of Lake Memphremagog. Our facilities include a nine hole golf course, four Har-Tru tennis courts, Clubhouse (dining, bar and room accommodation), children’s summer day camp and 3 km of walking trails.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and the Pro Shop staff. Daily responsibilities include assisting the Head Professional with daily operations, member services, merchandise, retail sales, lessons and clinics. A passion for golf, the ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, being proactive and the ability to provide excellent member service is required.

Qualifications
  • PGA Canada Member in good standing or candidate
  • Knowledge of GGGolf is an asset
  • Bilingual (Members from Ontario, United States and overseas)
Compensation
  • $900 - $1100 per week (40 hours for 29 to 30 weeks with a stable schedule)
  • 75% of lesson revenue
