Lightspeed is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Consultant (Golf) to join our Launch Services team (open to remote, province of QC). Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the steps of the customer's onboarding process from start to finish. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process. We’re a team of 15 people located in North America.

- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the steps of the customer's onboarding process from start to finish. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.
- Responsibilities

- Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process
- Ensuring customer training is completed throughout onboarding process
- Scheduling internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
- Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
- Managing your own segment of customers who are working through the onboarding process
- Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding
- Updating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines
- Managing the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they’re using the system
- Ensuring great customer satisfaction ratings.
- Qualifications

- Experience in the Golf Industry
- Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
- Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbally and written. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

- Experience with the retail or hospitality industry
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero
- Compensation
- $73,000 CAD (as an OTE, base + commissions)
