- This is a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing strategy, client consultation, and account management. As a DAS, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of golf courses, helping them plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive real business results. You’ll blend creativity with data, campaign execution with strategic thinking, and relationship-building with a sharp understanding of digital tools.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Proactively plan, submit, and manage seasonal and recurring marketing campaigns for your portfolio of golf courses.
- Align campaign strategies with the golf course’s business goals, seasonal trends, and past performance.
- Ensure smooth handoff to our marketing production team with clear briefs and timely approvals to avoid launch delays.
- Troubleshoot campaign challenges, escalate complex issues, and propose optimization strategies when needed.
Customer Retention & Marketing Strategy
- Lead regular planning calls and check-ins to review performance, collect feedback, and propose the next campaigns.
- Ensure customers understand the impact of their campaigns using reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
- Reduce customer dependency by educating them on best practices, workflows, and key tools across the Lightspeed Golf ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support at-risk customers and prevent churn with proactive retention strategies. Campaign
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate campaign success against performance benchmarks such as CTR, engagement, and conversions.
- Summarize campaign insights and next steps in post-call reports and follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ClickUp, ensuring campaign timelines, customer sentiment, and key touchpoints are captured.
- Cross-functional Communication Partner with internal teams (Product, Support, Digital Services) to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
- Surface market insights, campaign trends, and product feedback to the broader team to drive improvements.
- Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
- Strong interest in marketing, advertising, or the golf industry
- Ability to lead structured client conversations around strategy, campaign goals, and performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Comfortable using marketing platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups independently
- Compensation
- Salary: 65k base + 15k Commission = 80k OTE (on-target earning)
