Coach: Birdie Indoor Golf Academy

Birdie Indoor Golf Academy is one of the fastest-growing indoor golf academies in the Greater Vancouver area. We provide professional golf instruction for juniors and adults through private lessons, group programs, and player development in a welcoming and professional environment. Our academy currently operates across four teaching locations: Richmond, Burnaby, Brentwood and Coquitlam. We are committed to helping golfers improve their game while providing our coaches with a supportive environment to grow their teaching careers.

Birdie Indoor Golf Academy is seeking passionate and motivated PGA of Canada Professionals to join our growing coaching team. Successful candidates will provide private and group golf instruction to juniors and adults of all skill levels while delivering an exceptional coaching experience in a modern indoor golf facility. Coaches will have the opportunity to build their own clientele and grow within our expanding academy. Whether you're an experienced coach or a newly certified PGA of Canada Professional, we welcome individuals who are passionate about growing the game and helping golfers reach their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver private and group golf lessons
• Coach junior and adult golfers of all skill levels
• Develop lesson plans based on each student's goals
• Provide a positive, professional, and enjoyable learning experience
• Support academy programs, junior development, and promotional events when required
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Qualifications: 

• Must hold a valid PGA of Canada Membership (in Good Standing)

Compensation: 

• $50–$80 per teaching hour, depending on lesson type (depending on the hours, lesson volume, and overall responsibilities).
